Gender Dalam Perspektif Hadis Mawdhu'i

Hadith about women's leadership in politics in terms of sanad also sahih (valid) but must go through the understanding of socio historical approach because the content of this hadith is not always factual. This Hadith was delivered in response to the news of the appointment of the queen Kisra, a woman who is socially not get legitimacy from the public so that it can be said this Hadith applies only local and temporal, it is not universal. Thus, leadership in politics can be performed by anyone, male and female, as long as he/she is able and gain legitimacy from the people.
