Abstract

The results of the study at Public Elementary School 16 Biau, Buol Regency showed that school management had a positive and significant effect on the digital literacy skills of students at Public Elementary School 16 Biau, Buol Regency with the resulting regression equation Ŷ = 27.771 + 0.641X with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that school management can help students improve their digital literacy skills. The effect of school management on students' digital literacy skills is 30%. As a result, this study provides implications for educational institution managers in terms of the importance of paying attention to the execution of effective school management. Effective school management will influence many areas of the school, including students' digital literacy skills. Students' digital literacy skills will enable them to find and select accurate information based on their needs. Thus, good school management can facilitate students to improve their digital literacy skills.
