Abstract

Nativism, empirism and convergence theories are the schools in education which have view regarding the children;s potency. These three schools of education have relation to the larning motivation theory such as bahavioristics, cognitivistics, and humanistics theory . The three schools admitted internal and external components which are influential on someone’s self in learning and education process. The understanding on the three great schools will give impact in formulating and performing learning especially in understanding on child’s development. Understanding education theory and learning theories become important for a teacher, since in such way the learners can be modified and directed appropriate with condition and situation. Hence, each teacher and education practitioners need to learn and assess the developing theory and shools in education intensively in relation to learning motivation theory.
