Abstract
This research is based on students were less capable of understanding listening. They found it difficult to listen to simple dialogue. The material recorded in rapid conversations makes it difficult for them to understand the
meaning and message of the words. The objective of this research was to find out whether there is a significant
difference of the students' listening comprehension after being taught using video and audio to the eleventh grade students’ of MAN 2 Parigi.
