Abstract
Based on the problems identified the research questions are formulated as follows, how does the process of the media twitter in improving students’ vocabulary mastery of students at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Ongka? And what
are the obstacles that the teachers face in implementing twitter at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Ongka? This research used qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research approach. This research aims to understand the phenomena that occur holistically and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a specific natural context and by utilizing various natural methods In the classroom, process of implementing twitter to improve students vocabulary mastery done by ask students’ to use twitter as a learning media and as an information source.
