Abstract

English take a very important role in the world, especially in Indonesia. The importance of English has made the Indonesian government make English as one of the mandatory subjects studied by all students from elementary school to
university level. In learning English, there are four basic skills that students must master. They are speaking, writing, listening and reading. Reading and listening are included in receptive skills, while speaking and writing are included in productive skills.
