The Use of English Videos to Improve Students’ Pronunciation to the Eighth Year of SMP Negeri 3 Palu

The results of this research prove that the pronunciation ability of students in the experimental class who were taught by using English Videos was better than students in the control class who were not taught by using English Videos. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of students in the pre-test and post-test, in the pre-test of the experimental class (23.35), increased to (57.68)
in the post-test. Meanwhile, in the pre-test of the control class (22.27), increased to (33.73) in the post-test. In conclusion, the use of English Videos can improve the pronunciation of students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Palu
