Abstract

The research findings indicate the following: First, the implementation of the hidden curriculum in shaping santri character in the era of Society 5.0 at the Al-Istiqamah Ngatabaru modern Islamic boarding school is carried out through: habituation, role modeling, application of manners and ethics, social interaction in collective life, and the internalization of values through pesantren culture. Second,
the impact of this hidden curriculum implementation includes: building discipline, encouraging consistency in good behavior even without supervision, naturally
teaching personal and social responsibility, fostering respect and loyalty, creating value internalization, shaping integrity, nurturing noble character (akhlaq al-karimah), forming moral identity, developing empathy, promoting coexistence in diversity, creating communicative santri, forming santri identity, encouraging self-reflection, and making Islamic values a basis for decision-making in modern life
