Abstract
One of the important elements in learning process is deciding a method of teaching which is relevant with subject matters being taught. Realization of learning goals and purposes is determined by the methods empolyed. Therefore, method of teaching is a part of basic strategies in the concept of teaching. Method is like a means of achieving desired goals, the more appropriate the method, the better its result. However, it is recognized that there is no method which is all good for all kinds of teaching. Each method has strengths and weaknesses all at once. So, its selection is highly necessary in terms of teaching process. the so-called good teacher is one who is capable of choosing an appropriate method for achieving teaching goals.
