Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the adversity quotient and the professionalism of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in remote areas of South Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi; and the relationship between the university quotient and the independence of learning Madrasah Aliyah students in remote areas of South Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi. The participants in this study. Participants in this research include instructors, students, and administrative staff from Madrasah Aliyah, which is located in a rural region of South Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, as well as the general public. Product moment correlation is used in data analysis, with necessary checks of normality and data timeliness being performed first. As a consequence of the findings, There is no relationship. (r= 0,073) between adversity quotient the dedication of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in distant areas of South Banawa Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, and the professionalism of Madrasah Aliyah students; there is a correlation (r= 0,961) between adversity quotient with the freedom of studying Madrasah Aliyah students in distant regions of South Banawa Subdistrict Donggala District Central Sulawesi with the independence of learning Madrasah Aliyah students.
